These Terms govern the use of the VoltPro Appliance Repair website and the scheduling, diagnosis, repair, and follow-up services offered by VoltPro in Greater Boston.
Effective date: March 7, 2026
Estimates can depend on inspection. Appointments may be rescheduled for safety, parts availability, traffic, or weather. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and is subject to the conditions below.
By using this website, requesting an estimate, booking service, speaking with our staff, or permitting a technician to inspect or repair an appliance, you agree to these Terms of Service.
VoltPro provides diagnostic and repair services for household and certain commercial appliances in service areas we choose to support. Availability, same-day scheduling, repair capability, and part availability are not guaranteed for every model, location, or condition.
Website pricing, promotional statements, and verbal ranges are informational only unless we specifically confirm a written quote. Final pricing may depend on diagnosis, labor, travel, model complexity, installed parts, prior damage, accessibility, safety conditions, and any additional issues discovered during inspection.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we approve another arrangement in writing. We may require a diagnostic fee, service call fee, deposit for special-order parts, or preauthorization before beginning work. Unpaid balances may suspend warranty service and future scheduling.
Appointment windows are estimates and may shift. You may reschedule by contacting us as early as possible. We may cancel or reschedule if weather, safety, parts shortages, traffic, illness, force majeure events, or technical limitations make performance impracticable.
Unless a different warranty is stated in writing, VoltPro’s standard workmanship warranty is up to 90 days on the specific repair completed by VoltPro. Warranty coverage generally does not extend to unrelated failures, new symptoms, cosmetic issues, misuse, power surges, clogged vents or drains caused after service, pest damage, rust, manufacturer defects, inaccessible installations, customer-supplied parts unless expressly accepted, or appliances later serviced or altered by others.
Some appliances are not economically repairable or cannot be safely repaired due to age, corrosion, discontinued parts, prior improper repair, structural damage, or manufacturer design limitations. A diagnosis does not guarantee successful repair.
VoltPro may decline or defer work that requires permits or separately licensed plumbing, gas fitting, or electrical work unless such work is handled by appropriately authorized professionals. Customers remain responsible for approving required access, shutdowns, and permit coordination where applicable.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to learning about our services or requesting service. You may not attempt to interfere with site security, harvest data, submit false requests, impersonate others, or use automated tools to overload the site.
Website text, branding, graphics, layout, and media are owned by VoltPro or used under license and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, food spoilage, water damage escalation, or substitute equipment costs, unless required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Massachusetts law.
These Terms are intended to work alongside applicable consumer-protection law and not to waive non-waivable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.
